CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 233(L&C) "An Act relating to giving                                                                       
notice of unclaimed net margin distributions made by electric and                                                               
telephone cooperatives" was read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute                                                                  
offered on page 2142. Senator Dyson objected, then withdrew his                                                                 
objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS                                                                   
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 233(L&C) was adopted.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be held                                                           
in second reading to the next legislative calendar. Without objection, it                                                       
was so ordered.
